Q: Do I have to use your network of Realtors or Loan Officers to qualify for the savings?

A: Yes. In order to qualify for the savings you would need to use Redeem Mortgage as the lender as well as one of our approved Realtor partners and our partner Title company . However, if you have a family member or close friend who is a Realtor and willing to offer the same deal, you are welcome to still use them.

Q: Do I have to use your preferred partners or vendors for ​​home inspection, termite inspection, movers, & home warranty?

A: No. While you’re not required to use our preferred partners for ​​home inspection, termite inspection, movers, & home warranty, we do have them lined up if you need them. You are not, however, eligible for the 10% savings if you use another vendor.

Q: Is there a cost or yearly enrollment?

No, there is no cost or no reenrollment. Once your company is signed up , you have full access to the program and the benefits.
